With joy in their eyes and excitement in their hearts, today, on June 24, the graduation ceremony of the Andijan State Medical Institute Academic Lyceum was held under the slogan “May Your Flight Be High, Dear Graduates!”
The event was attended by M. Madazimov, the rector of Andijan State Medical Institute, B. Abdullajonov, the vice-rector for academic affairs, Sh. Aribjonov, the director of the academic lyceum, teachers, graduates, and their parents.
Before the celebration began, the National Anthem of the Republic of Uzbekistan was performed. The ceremonial event was opened by the rector with a welcoming speech.
“Dear students! I sincerely congratulate you on this joyful day. You have crossed one threshold towards your dreams and goals; now step boldly towards a great life and your objectives. May your path always be clear, and may your flight be high!” said the rector.
In the current academic year, a total of 194 students successfully graduated from the Academic Lyceum. Among them, 2 received gold medals, 12 received silver medals, and 54 achieved excellent red diplomas. Diplomas and medals were ceremoniously awarded to them.
More than 100 graduates hold national certificates based on their knowledge of various subjects, with several obtaining national certificates in biology, chemistry, and compulsory subjects, thus securing high scores for early admission to Andijon State Medical Institute.
During the event, the director of the academic lyceum, Sh. Aribjonov, spoke and acknowledged the achievements of the students while wishing them success in their future studies and careers. Teachers and staff who were active during the academic year were also recognized with letters of thanks.
