Currently, the rector of Andijon State Medical Institute Madamin Madazimov along with the vice-rector for Scientific Work and Innovations K. Salohiddinov are on a fruitful business trip in Malaysia.
Our delegation had the wonderful opportunity to visit the renowned University of Malaya. First, they got an up-close look at the Faculty of Dentistry, gaining valuable insights.

For your information, the University of Malaya was established on October 8, 1949 and is the oldest university in Malaysia. It is strongly supported by the Malaysian Medical Centre, which is the country’s largest medical hub. The university boasts 12 faculties, 4 institutes and 3 research centers, offering a vibrant academic environment. Its educational activities encompass medicine, technology, science, social sciences and humanities.

During their visit, our delegation members met with university representatives to discuss the teaching process at the Faculty of Dentistry, the use of modern educational technologies and the practical importance of training simulators and robots in education.
After familiarizing themselves with the Faculty of Dentistry, our delegation visited the medical clinic. There, they met with clinical specialists, observing the treatment procedures, patient reception, examinations and the comfortable conditions of the waiting areas. They also exchanged ideas on involving students more actively in practical training.

At the end of the visit, both institutions agreed to expand cooperation, strengthen the exchange of specialists and students and build a bright, collaborative future together.
Wishing everyone a season filled with knowledge, friendship and new opportunities!
