March 8 – International Women’s Day, which comes with the first days of spring, is always celebrated with special love and respect in our country. This date is a day of recognition of the role of women in society, their dedication, love, and their great contribution to science and development. This holiday was also celebrated in a great joy and high spirit at Andijan State Medical Institute.
Initially, by order of the rector of the institute, 567 women and girls working at the institute were awarded with cash prizes. Also, 201 women were presented with holiday gifts. This attention is an expression of high respect for the work, patience, and dedication of women.
After that, the holiday event continued with a solemn program. At the beginning of the event, the rector of the institute M. Madazimov’s holiday greetings were read out by the first vice-rector for youth affairs and spiritual and educational affairs S. Salohiddinov. The congratulatory words emphasized respect for women, their incomparable role in the development of science, education and society. Indeed, a woman is the embodiment of love, a great being who brings grace and blessings into our lives.
Honorary teachers O. Salohiddinov and Z. Salohiddinov continued their holiday greetings, especially recognizing the educated, steadfast and selfless women working in the institute’s team. They sincerely congratulated women for their invaluable contribution to the prosperity of society, the upbringing of the future generation and the development of science.
The artistic part of the event brought everyone an even more upbeat mood. The songs performed by the melodious singers of the regional branch of the National Makom Ensemble Center of Uzbekistan gave a special charm to the holiday. Charming dances, sincere congratulations and joyful moments left warm impressions in the hearts of those gathered for the event.
Such attention and respect once again demonstrate how high the place of women in our society is. After all, a woman is a mother, a teacher, a doctor, a scientist and, above all, the greatest source of inspiration in our lives. Women working at Andijan State Medical Institute, with their knowledge, hard work and dedication, are making a worthy contribution not only to the development of the institute, but also to the development of our society.
