In order to ensure the execution of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On additional measures to develop the activities of houses”Sahovat” and”Muruvvat”and a boarding house for war and Labor veterans dated August 30, 2022 by qualified specialists of the Andijan State Medical Institute conducted a regular medical examination in the Andijan boarding house for the elderly and disabled “Sakhovat”. The event was attended by 16 employees of the Institute in 10 specialties: therapists, cardiologists, neurologists, oculists, surgeons, traumatologists, urologists, vascular surgeons. Doctors examined the health of 954 elderly people and people with disabilities. During the examinations, a medical examination was carried out in the dorm rooms of 6 elderly people with disabilities, 10 patients were sent for outpatient treatment, and 3 patients were sent to regional medical institutions. All patients were provided with the necessary consultations and medical services. During the event, 34 ultrasound scans and 25 ECG scans were also performed.
