A meeting was held by members of the working group of the municipality of Andijan region in the MFOs of Devatagi and Zankan of the Asaka district. A meeting was held on the improvement of the territories of the regions in the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan PP-408 “On additional measures to further improve the infrastructure of microdistricts in 2022-2023”, the systematic solution of the most pressing issues related to infrastructure in villages and microdistricts, in particular, measures to improve internal roads, drinking water, electricity and gas. The event was also attended by the Deputy for Women’s Propaganda, Assistant to the Governor, Rector of the Andijan State Institute of Tibbit M.Madazimov, Vice-rector for Educational Work B.Abdulladjanov.
During the meeting, the residents of the microdistrict were informed about the content of this solution, the systematic solution of the problems that tormented the population, the study of their proposals. Also, Vice-rector for Educational Work B.Abdulladjonov in his speech noted that the heads of the territorial working group were instructed to approve the schedule of the population at the junction of microdistricts and carry out the work carried out in microdistricts on time and efficiently every week. The systematic study of the state of the works carried out to improve the infrastructure of microdistricts and feedback from the population and making proposals to the Republican Working Group to solve existing problems were noted. It was noted that the Deputy Prime Ministers were appointed responsible for the effective organization of the implementation of this decision, monthly discussion of its results and coordination of the activities of the departments responsible for implementation.
During the meeting, the appeals of the population were also studied, and mostly detailed answers were given to the questions of public utilities.
