Today, on October 13, scrupulous medical examination was organized for the population living in “Nematabad” and “Saidabad” locations with the participation of representatives at the “Chorbog” family medical center belonging to Asaka District Medical Association.
There professors and teachers of Andijan State Medical Institute with 12 types of specialties conducted medical examinations of more than 260 people.
USI, EKG and clinical laboratory tests were performed during the procedures. According to the results 11 citizens were given directions for treatment in district and regional hospitals, 3 citizens who could not participate in the medical event were examined at their homes. Free medicines were distributed to the patients.
The members of the “Volunteers” team of our institute also took an active part in this health event and gave information about the exercises that should be done regularly at home to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
