A number of spiritual and educational events were organized among the students and youth by professors and teachers of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Sciences of Andijan State Medical Institute within the framework of the “Month of Legal Literacy”.
The events were dedicated to the topic “New Uzbekistan and Human Rights” during which students were provided with detailed information about the basic principles reflected in the updated Constitution of our country, guarantees of human rights and freedoms and reforms being carried out to ensure their practical implementation.
Lectures were given by professors and teachers, students received answers to their questions and open discussions were organized based on real-life examples of human rights. During the interactive sessions various tasks were also performed that served to develop students’ legal thinking.
