The working group at Andijan State Medical Institute has commenced its activities regarding additional payments for employees with scientific degrees who are engaged in research, academic and labor activities within the main department of the institution.
In accordance with the Resolution No.1030 dated December 24, 2019 by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan titled “On Regulations for Payment to Employees with Scientific Degrees Engaged in Research, Academic and Labor Activities in State Organizations of Science and Education,” as well as other regulatory documents related to this field, the Working Group established at Andijan State Medical Institute reviewed documents aimed at determining the amount of additional monthly pay for employees holding scientific degrees in 2026. As a result of these proceedings, deserving staff members eligible for regular monthly bonuses were identified along with those qualified for one-time additional payment on their position salaries.
