Today, on April 11, rector of Andijan State Medical Institute, M. Madazimov, held an online meeting with final-year students. The meeting was attended by faculty deans and more than 300 graduate students.
As it is known, on February 14, 2025, certain tasks and assignments were issued during a video conference chaired by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, on improving the effectiveness of youth engagement. In accordance with point 7 of the action plan developed by the Governor of Andijan region to implement these instructions, cooperation agreements were signed between higher education institutions in Andijan and “O‘zmilliybank” JSC at the “Step into the Future” Center.
According to this agreement, the Career Center of Andijan State Medical Institute is currently conducting individual meetings between an assistant specialist from “O‘zmilliybank” JSC and final-year students interested in entrepreneurship.
During the meeting, information was provided about the cooperation agreement and the current activities being carried out.
Additionally, the meeting emphasized the creation of opportunities for young people who wish to start private businesses, participate in professional training programs and attend short-term study courses at foreign higher education institutions. Support for these students as well as assistance in implementing proposals and ideas related to services, entrepreneurship and the service sector, was also highlighted.
At the end of the conversation, students shared their thoughts on the subject. Those interested in entrepreneurship also presented information about their projects. In turn, the rector gave necessary instructions to responsible staff to support these students.
