
Today, on May 12, a Career Day and Job Fair titled “Step into the Future – Great Opportunities for Ambitious Youth” was held at Andijan State Medical Institute in collaboration with the Andijan branch of “O’zmilliy bank” JSC and the Andijan City Center for Reducing Poverty and Assisting Employment.
The event was attended by the institute’s vice-rectors, deans of faculties, staff from the Career Center, faculty members, and students of the institute.
The event was opened by S. Salohiddinov, the first vice-rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual-Educational Work, who emphasized the importance of active participation in the event for all students and encouraged them to strive for positions that suit them while mastering their fields.
Additionally, Dilrabo Usmonova, the chief specialist from the Andijan City Center for Reducing Poverty and Assisting Employment, provided information about the available job vacancies and how to easily access information about them.
At the job fair, around 30 organizations, enterprises, and institutions operating in Andijan city participated, offering more than 300 vacant job positions. During the event, 20 students from the institute signed contracts with various organizations and enterprises.
As a point of information, currently, over 1,200 graduates of the institute have been employed.
