Students of Andijan State Medical Institute are achieving great success not only in the field of medicine, but also in sports.
In the swimming competitions of the Para Asian Games held in Hangzhou, China, in competitions for S13 class in 100 meter butterfly swimming, Tursunkhojaev Muzaffar Shukhratillo ugli, a 4-year student of the group 415 of the Professional Education Direction of the Faculty of General Medicine won the gold medal.
Today, on November 25, a meeting with M. Tursunkhojaev was organized at the institute.

Urinov, Dean of Professional Education Direction sincerely congratulated Muzaffar on his victory and expressed thoughts about his personal qualities, diligence, activity and sincerity.
After that, M.Tursunkhojaev said that there is a lot of hard work and effort behind his achievements today.
– “Not being discouraged by defeats, but striving to eliminate them while realizing the mistakes, will lead to victory,” says Muzaffar.
Wishing his peers to work hard to achieve their goals, the champion expressed his intention to develop sports medicine in the future and not to give up both of his chosen fields.
