On April 13 of this year, a meeting was organized with M. Adkhamjonova, deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, and students of the Andijan State Medical Institute under the slogan “We are not indifferent”.
During the meeting, M. Adkhamjonova gave information about the content and essence of the changes being introduced to our Constitution, the important aspects of education and neighborhood, and told that special attention is paid to honoring human dignity and strengthening their rights and freedoms within the framework of the law in the new version of the Constitution.
After that, the psychologist of the institute, O. Arzikulov, took the floor, emphasizing the opportunities and conditions created for young people in Uzbekistan, especially the sentences in Article 51 of the Constitution of the new version: “Citizens have the right to receive higher education at the expense of the state on the basis of selection in state educational institutions.” He called everyone for active participation in the Referendum.
