Today, in Andijan State Medical Institute, S.Rakhmonov, head of the Department of Information Resources and TIQQMBI of the Intellectual Property Agency under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan and I.Abdukadirov, the head of the Invention and Useful Models Department, “”ip.adlya. uz” systemorganized a seminar on the procedure of creating applications for intellectual property objects, submitting an application for obtaining a patent.
The seminar was opened by M. Madazimov, the rector of our institute, who spoke about the work performed in the Innovation Center of Andijan State Medical Institute and on the future prospects of this center.
After that, experts gave information about the changes made to the system today. It was explained that applications and requests can be made through the Ministry of Justice portal https://adliya.uz.
A presentation was made on issues related to the legal protection of inventions, utility models and industrial samples and their use.
In addition during the meeting the terms of the application for granting a patent for an invention and a utility model, the priority of an industrial property object, changing applications, the right to obtain a patent, the ownership of the person who first submitted the application for the grant of a patent to the ministry, patentability of the invention and utility models eligibility conditions were discussed.
At the end, the participants of the seminar received detailed answers to their questions from experts.
