In Andijan State Medical Institute, preventive measures are being continued as part of the Anti-Corruption Month dedicated to “December 9 – Fight against International Corruption”.
These events are held in order to form an intolerant attitude against corruption among students and to explain the sad consequences of corruption.
Today, on November 6, with the participation of the 3-year students of the Faculty of General Medicine, a preventive event was held by the head of the Department of Anti-Corruption and Compliance Control System Management S. Askarov on the topic of “Corruption inhibits the development”. At the event, students and young people were informed that the evil of corruption undermines the foundations of democracy and the rule of law and leads to the violation of human rights.
Also, during the event, insights were given about the measures being taken to fight against corruption and prevent these evils in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Videos prepared for the prevention of this negative issue were shown. The students got full information about corruption and its consequences and promised to be active in preventing it.
