Today, on April 11, the rector of Andijan State Medical Institute, M. Madazimov, met with Alexander Duan, the Central Asia Director of “Mindray Bio-medical Electronics” from China, Nikolay Chen, the regional and marketing manager for the Commonwealth of Independent States, Viktor Wang, the national sales and marketing manager for the Central Asia region, and Ayubkhan Khoshimov, the sales director of “Intermed Innovation,” the official distributor of “Mindray” in Uzbekistan.
Initially, Rector M. Madazimov introduced the guests to the capabilities of the new 2000-seat educational building of the institute, including the educational and laboratory rooms, as well as the modernly equipped Simulation Center.
Moreover, the guests participated in the opening ceremony of the “Training Center,” where medical equipment provided by “Mindray and Intermed Innovation” LLC has been installed in the Department of Medical Radiology at Andijan State Medical Institute. The center is equipped with a modern “Consona N9” model (Mindray, China) ultrasound examination device. This center is planned to train students and doctors in the future, to ensure correct diagnosis for patients, and to provide qualified medical services to the population.
At the end of the event, foreign partners expressed that they had a bright impression of the institute and agreed to expand scientific and practical cooperation in the future. As a symbol of strong cooperation, commemorative gifts from the institute’s administration were presented to the guests.
