The 2,000-seat educational building of Andijan State Medical Institute with a new, modern appearance and technologies is ready for the 2024/2025 academic year.
This building is located on the territory of the clinical hospital of the Institute according to the decision № PQ-5154 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated on June 21, 2021. It was built on an area of 2 hectares with 2000 seats.
The building consists of 7 floors, each floor has 28 rooms. All classrooms are supplied with interactive whiteboards and modern educational equipment.
There are 12 lecture halls in the building. There is a simulation center with great capabilities in line with world standards on the 2nd floor of the building. The 3rd floor is designed for dentistry, it is supplied with the most modern dental equipment and technologies. Clinical departments are mainly located in the building. A telemedicine system has been established between the clinic of the Institute and this educational building.
There, the operations performed in the surgical departments of the clinic are broadcasted directly to the classrooms. During this process, students will have the opportunity to ask the doctor their questions and get an answer right away.
On the 5th floor of the building there is a conference hall with 420 seats. A cloakroom and a 400-seat kitchen were prepared for the convenience of teachers and students.
