Today, on August 9, a meeting dedicated to strengthening financial discipline and executive discipline in higher education institutions was held in the Scientific Council Hall of Andijan State Medical Institute. The meeting was attended by first vice-rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual-Educational Work S. Salokhiddinov, head of the Department for Work with Appeals from Individuals and Legal Entities, Control and Monitoring R. Jalilov as well as heads of various departments.

During the meeting, the participants were thoroughly informed about the content and essence of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Additional Measures to Further Strengthen Executive Discipline in State Bodies and Organizations.” The decree emphasizes the President’s serious attention to executive discipline, the need to ensure effectiveness and accountability in execution, the implementation of efficient control mechanisms over the enforcement of laws and presidential/governmental acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the importance of ensuring clear responsibility for the results of execution. It also highlighted the need for strict adherence to executive discipline and for increasing personal responsibility and accountability of all levels of leadership and staff.

Furthermore, it was emphasized that for every unfulfilled task in the “Edo.ijro.uz” system, both the heads of structural divisions and the responsible employees will be held equally accountable. A strict and impactful response will be taken against negligence in executive discipline and attempts to close tasks with low-quality or unsubstantiated documents.
At the end of the meeting, systemic issues in the implementation of tasks by certain department heads were pointed out, and necessary instructions and guidance were given to address them in a timely manner.
