
Currently, a working group led by Sherzod Rasulov, head of the Department of the Center for Research on the Development of Higher Education visited Andijan region to study the effectiveness of the activity of the “Registrar’s Office” established in higher education institutions.
Today, on July 14, representatives of the working group attended Andijan State Medical Institute and got acquainted with the working procedure of the “Registrar’s Office” operating in our Institute.
During the study, the organizational structure of the “Registrar’s Office”, document flow processes, maintenance of the academic database, practice of working with students and the assessment mechanisms in the credit-module system were analyzed in detail.
The working group conducted an open dialogue with the Institute’s management and responsible employees and made important recommendations on the effective organization of the activity of the “Registrar’s Office”, improving the quality of service in the educational process and widely introducing modern management mechanisms.
