
Today, on April 15, a roundtable discussion was held at Andijan State Medical Institute, initiated by the Andijan Regional Council of the Uzbekistan “Adolat” Social Democratic Party.
The event was attended by M. Musayeva, Deputy Chairman of the Andijan Regional Council of the Uzbekistan “Adolat” SDP, F. Atakhonov, Head of the Regional Department of the Center for Analyzing Democratic Processes, S. Askarov, Head of the Department for Combating Corruption and Compliance Control at Andijan State Medical Institute, as well as professors, teachers, and students of the institute.
At the beginning of the event, a video was shown that highlighted corruption, its causes, preventive measures, and the reforms being carried out in our country.
Following that, experts discussed the participation of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev in the meeting of the National Council for Combating Corruption on March 5 this year, evaluating the work done to create a corruption-free environment in our country as emphasized by the head of state. They also specifically addressed the tasks and assignments given to officials during the meeting and the importance of fostering a zero-tolerance attitude toward corruption among young people.
In this context, students also shared their thoughts and suggestions on the topic.
