With the introduction of the position of tutors, another opportunity was created for the student to get help. This is because tutors are effective in identifying students’ talents, working with them individually, and studying their living conditions and problems.

The activities of tutors were also studied at the regular meeting of the Spirituality Council held today. The meeting was attended by the rector of the institute M.Madazimov, acting vice-rector for Youth Affairs, Spirituality and Enlightenment S.Salohiddinov, Head of the Department for Combating Corruption and Compliance Control S.Askarov, Head of the Department for Youth Affairs, Spirituality and Enlightenment A.Abduhalimov, Deputy Deans of the faculties, officials in charge of spiritual and educational work and tutors.
The participants spoke about the implementation of important measures to raise the system of support for women to a new level and further enhance and strengthen the role of women in society, as well as strengthen their social protection, prevent domestic violence and gender equality, which was mentioned in the video conference chaired by the President of our republic. In addition, they dwelled on the tasks given in the video conference on the priorities of employment of university students, to further strengthen the socio-spiritual environment among young people, to involve students in competitions, cultural and educational activities, to study their shortcomings and problems, to prevent young people from being affected by negative influences. They focused on the meaningful organization of the students’ time and following the dress code.
To date, tutors who have shown courage and initiative throughout their careers have been recognized.
