14:09 17.06.2025

At Andijan State Medical Institute, measures are being taken to ensure the execution of applications received through the decisions and decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the resolutions of meetings, the decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as documents and assignments sent by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations, and the Ministry of Health. These measures aim to enhance the effectiveness of mobile receptions, organize work systematically, thoroughly review each application in a short time, ensure resolution within the legal framework, and strengthen monitoring activities.

On September 15, 2023, a decree (T-0912) was issued by the rector of Andijan State Medical Institute appointing J.A. Jahongirov, the pro-rector for Information and Technology, as responsible for working with applications from individuals and legal entities, as well as for oversight and monitoring. Currently, all pro-rectors, department heads, faculty deans, and heads of departments (a total of 50 managerial staff) are utilizing this system. All incoming and outgoing documents are registered through this system, and execution oversight is conducted.

The documents and assignments entered into the “Edo.ijro.uz” electronic system are monitored to ensure their timely execution and that accurate information is entered. All operational documents being processed at the institute have been fully transferred to the inter-agency electronic system “edo.ijro.uz.”

By this time in 2025, a total of 963 directives, orders, and assignments have been received and monitored within the “Edo.ijro.uz” system at Andijan State Medical Institute. Of these, 447 were from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 178 from the Ministry of Health, 35 from the regional administration, and 303 from other organizations. Their implementation is being strictly monitored by the staff of the oversight and monitoring department.

Efforts have been intensified to ensure the execution of applications received through the virtual and public reception offices of the President of Uzbekistan, to enhance the effectiveness of mobile receptions, to systematically organize work processes, to thoroughly review each application in a short time, and to ensure their resolution within the legal framework.

During 2025, a total of 18 applications were received at Andijan State Medical Institute. Of these, 5 (27.7%) were written applications, 3 (16.6%) were received via virtual reception offices, and 10 (55.7%) were oral applications. All were executed within the stipulated deadlines in accordance with the law.

Of these applications, 15 (83.3%) were satisfied, while 3 (16.6%) were provided with legal information. Special attention is being paid to finding practical solutions to issues raised in applications during meetings with representatives of individuals and legal entities.

Additionally, based on the approved schedule for mobile receptions by the rector of Andijan State Medical Institute, work has been organized to conduct comprehensive medical examinations within the framework of mass mobile receptions in 4 cities and districts of Andijan region.

A total of 97 applications were received during mobile receptions; 36 (37.1%) were satisfied on-site, 26 (27.8%) were referred to relevant organizations, and legal information was provided for 35 (36%).
