Today, on November 29th, the monthly meeting of the Scientific Council was held at Andijan State Medical Institute. The meeting was attended by the institute’s rector M. Madazimov, vice-rectors, and council members.
The rector announced the agenda and opened the meeting. Firstly, in accordance with tradition, holders of scientific titles and degrees were honored, as well as winners of republican and international competitions. Professor Z. Salohiddinov was sincerely congratulated on his birthday anniversary.
Initially, the rector M. Madazimov provided information about his official visit to Malaysia and cooperation agreements reached therein. Subsequently, the first vice-rector for youth affairs and spiritual-enlightenment work S. Salohididnov reported on preparations for celebrating the 34th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of Uzbekistan and summarized the cultural and educational activities conducted within the institute during November. The acting vice-rector for academic affairs Z. Mamasoliev presented reports regarding the state of foreign language certificate acquisition among faculty members and the organization of dual education. Vice-rector on international relations F. Rasulov delivered a report concerning students’ participation in the summer “Work and Travel” project. A specialist from the department responsible for anti-corruption measures and compliance control presented their efforts aimed at preventing corruption-related crimes and violations. Finally, the head of the research department gave an account of the scientific research conducted by the institutes’ departments between January and November 2025.
