Uzbekistan-Indian Medical Forum” organized by the Ministry of Health was started on April 13-15, 2023. A. Inoyatov, Minister of Health of the republic of Uzbekistan, took part in the solemn opening ceremony of the forum. He spoke about the fact that every year more than 200 of our specialists improve their skills in the leading clinics of India. It is the work to be done in order to deepen the further cooperation in the field of health between the two countries and the medical training. He also emphasized the issues of cooperation in education.
K. Salokhiddinov, vice rector for scientific affairs and innovations of Andijan State Medical Institute and F. Rasulov, head of the International Cooperation Department, have been participated in this forum. On the first day of the forum, a memorandum of mutual understanding was signed between Andijan State Medical Institute and “Dr.D.Y.Patil” University.
Establishing a joint educational program in the field of folk medicine between two higher educational institutions, improving the qualifications of professors and teachers, implementing student academic mobility programs and cooperating in issues such as the development of the field of Transplantology have been planned.
