Currently, Otabek Safarov, the head of the Finance and Economics Department of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, is on an official visit to Andijan.
Today, on March 7th, Otabek Safarov visited the construction works being carried out at the clinic of Andijan State Medical Institute. The rector of the institute, M. Madazimov, provided detailed information about the construction processes at the clinic up to this date. During the review of the processes, instructions and tasks were given to address existing shortcomings.
Next, the new 2000-seat educational building of the institute was inspected. This building was constructed on a 2-hectare land area within the clinic’s territory based on the resolution No. PQ-5154 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 21, 2021, regarding the establishment of the “New Andijan” neighborhood and further support for entrepreneurship in Andijan region. Currently, students are receiving quality education in this new educational building.
O. Safarov closely examined the capabilities of the Simulation Center located in this building. He reviewed the processes of working with robotic simulators. Additionally, proposals were made for the development of the paramedicine field. It was emphasized that improving material and technical capabilities and providing specialists is crucial in this regard.
