Another meeting of the rector of Andijan State Medical Institute M. Madazimov took place at the Embassy of Uzbekistan in the USA with the Ambassador of Uzbekistan to the USA Furkat Akhmedovich Siddikov.
During the interview, the ambassador acknowledged that our country has many highly potential personnel, and that the head of state pays special attention to the development of the medical sphere. He noted that the international exchange of experience of specialists will contribute to the development of this sphere.
The rector of the institute thanked the ambassador for his support in attracting American professors to our country and ensuring their participation in international forums.
During the conversation, an exchange of views took place on cooperation of Andijan State Medical Institute with prestigious higher educational institutions and clinics in the USA, training, academic exchange, the creation of joint educational programs, and attraction of international grants.
The possibilities of bringing modern medical equipment from the country’s leading companies to the educational building and clinic of the institute were considered. The parties agreed to implement existing plans for these proposals.
