Today, on June 2, an event was held in Andijan State Medical Institute within the framework of Paramedicine program.
The event was attended by the rector of Andijan State Medical Institute M. Madazimov, dean of the Paramedicine Faculty at Korea National University of Transportation Dong Min Shin, students of the faculty and the heads and graduates of the Abu Ali ibn Sino Medical Colleges in Andijan and Namangan provinces.
At the beginning of the event the rector delivered a speech, providing information about the joint educational program and Paramedicine direction. Dong Min Shin introduced the college graduates to the opportunities of this field through short video presentations. He also shared interesting insights about the development of paramedicine in Korea, the quality of education, clinical training and adherence to international standards.
During the meeting key topics were discussed, such as the international significance of the paramedic profession, the Korea–Uzbekistan joint 3+1 academic program, global recognition of the KNTU diploma and the role of simulation centers in developing practical skills.
Practical training sessions were demonstrated by specialists with active participation from the attendees.
