Activity of “Pearl of Valley” summer school – 2023 with the participation of students of international medical higher education institutions has been completed in Andijan State Medical Institute.
Students from Korea, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, been divided into 4 groups, actively participated in the five-days training.
Various emergency situations were prepared for the groups, and they were tasked with providing first aid to the injured persons quickly without any hesitation in these processes.
“National Food Day” was also held with the participation of international students. The participants of summer school skillfully prepared unique national dishes and gathered around a table.
On the last day, the situation of providing first aid to the injured people due to the earthquake was staged, 4 teams gave them rescue and medical assistance. After that the mistakes made by the students were mentioned and corrected during practical process. The school trainers evaluated the students’ activity.
Today, August 5, the closing ceremony of the summer school was held. Rector of our institute M. Madazimov, vice-rector for scientific affairs and innovations K. Salohiddinov, dean of the Faculty of Paramedicine of Korea National Transport University Dong Min Shin took part in it.
At the end of the event, diplomas, certificates and souvenirs were presented to the students who were active in the summer school with their diligence and agility. Also, the organizers exchanged ideas with the guests and made plans for organizing future training sessions.
