Today, on February 17, rector of Andijan State Medical Institute M. Madazimov held a meeting with graduating students living in the city of Andijan based on the task set by the regional governor Sh. Abdurakhmonov following the video selector meeting led by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev on February 13 of this year regarding the further development of the Olympic and Paralympic movement, bringing mass sports to a new level and increasing physical activity among the population as well as the communication held with the youth of our country on February 14.
Pro-rectors, deans of faculties and officials responsible for ensuring student employment participated in the meeting.
Initially, the confidence expressed to the youth by our President during the meeting was discussed as well as the support for every initiative and the innovations mentioned during the meeting.
– “There are sufficient opportunities for students who wish to engage in sports. We are organizing various events at the student dormitory. By participating in these events, you can strengthen your health and prepare for sports competitions. Moreover, I will definitely support young people who want to start entrepreneurship with the “Business” project. Your desire and aspiration naturally inspire me,” said the rector.
After that the institute rector inquired about the current employment rates of students. Based on the presented information, a Q&A discussion was held. Students proposed their projects aimed at developing the field and improving medical services to the population.
The rector gave assignments to the officials regarding the detailed study of these project opportunities and ensuring the employment of students who have not yet secured jobs.
– “Dear students, there is not much time left for you to start your medical practice and begin providing medical services to our people like your mentors. Student life is the period of acquiring knowledge. Now you will apply this knowledge in practice. This is the most honorable and hardest task. I wish you success and victories on this path. Approach your work responsibly and fulfill it with honor,” said the rector.
During the communication students received detailed answers from officials to their questions regarding employment.
