Today, on February 11, at Andijan State Medical Institute, a meeting entitled “Meeting between Rector and Parents” took place involving first-year students of the Faculty of Pediatrics and their parents. The meeting was opened by the institute’s rector, M. Madazimov.
During his speech, the rector elaborated on the content and essence of Order No. 284 issued by the Ministry of Health on September 4, 2024. He informed the audience about measures being taken to develop intellectual and creative potential of young people, enhance civic responsibility, prevent crime and violations. Emphasis was placed on strict adherence to internal regulations and dress code requirements set by the institution.
Additionally, explanations were provided regarding zero tolerance towards corruption, vigilance against extremist ideas, information security, compliance with traffic rules and technical safety standards.
Sh. Bozorov, Dean of the Faculty of Pediatrics, specifically addressed issues related to attendance records, academic performance indicators, observance of internal regulations, and cooperation with parents. Detailed information was shared about the conditions created for students’ learning opportunities and the overall educational environment.
It was highlighted that such meetings contribute significantly to enhancing students’ sense of responsibility towards education, establishing effective collaboration with parents, and fostering patriotic professionals.
At the conclusion of the event, parents whose children demonstrated active participation and exemplary behavior were honored with letters of appreciation.
