Yesterday, a working group headed by Ulugbek Nematovich Tashkenbaev, head of the Inspectorate for Quality Control in Education under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, visited Andijan State Medical Institute.
During the visit, the rector of the institute M.Madazimov and vice-rectors briefed the working group on the opportunities created at the educational institution.
At the beginning of the meeting, the winners of the Zulfiya State Prize, winners of the competitions “Mard o‘g‘lon”, “Young Academicians”, “Student of the Year”, “Young Volunteers” shared their views on achievements and current activities. In conversations with students at the Incubation and Acceleration Center, the Simulation Center, the Information Resource Center, and the Museum of Anatomy, special attention was paid to the quality and effective education of young people in the centers. Also, information and feedback on the modular-credit system, ideas on further enhancing the position of the institute in international and national rankings, the scientific potential of the teachers, further improving the conditions of student housing, improving the quality of education have been provided.
The next visit of the working group was to the clinic of Andijan State Medical Institute. In accordance with the instructions given by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan during his visit to the region to restore Andijan State Medical Institute and its clinic, the clinic is currently under construction. The working group got acquainted with the reconstruction work of the clinic and the construction of a 1,000-seat educational building.
