In addition to providing young people with modern education, training them to become specialists who meet world standards, who can cure patients’ ailments and, as people say, “light -handed” doctors, special attention is also paid to the issue of providing graduate students with jobs in their specialties.
Today, on March 19, rector of Andijan State Medical Institute M. Madazimov and the dean of Therapeutic Faculty D. Tulanov held a meeting with the 6th-year students working at the 1st Family Polyclinic of Andijan.
During the conversation, the students’ practical activities, working conditions, experience in working with patients and the problems they face were discussed in detail. The officials gave the necessary recommendations to the young specialists and paid special attention to the issues of supporting their professional development.
The meeting also provided important feedback on the conditions created for students, further strengthening of their knowledge and skills and their future development as the qualified personnel.
Such meetings proved to be important in strengthening the professional readiness of young doctors, supporting them and shaping them as mature specialists in the healthcare system.
