It is known that by the decision No. 605, from May 1, 2021of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a person living on the basis of the right to rent in a house that does not belong to him, including his parents (legal representatives), is not covered by a dormitory. 50% of the monthly rent paid by 60% of the students of higher education institutions is paid from the state budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
A great range of work is being done In Andijan State Medical Institute to ensure the implementation of this decision, among them, a meeting of the commission board has been held. D. Matmusayev, the head of the department, read the report to the audience on the work carried out in the Department of Coordination of Student Accommodation in connection with the implementation of this decision. He stated that 50% of the monthly rent is paid to 960 students of the Institute. Employees of the department regularly visit students’ rented apartments and monitor them. Necessary recommendations for concluding new contracts are given.
At the end of the meeting the participants stated that the deficiencies identified during the inspection of the conditions in the students’ rented apartments and the tasks for their elimination as well as the plan for future work have been determined.
