Today is the first day of classes for the first-year students at higher education institutions. All students and their parents are filled with endless excitement.
On September 3rd, the “Dedication to Student Life” event was celebrated with great joy at Andijan State Medical Institute. The deputy khokim of the region, K. Komilov, participated in the event and read a congratulatory message from the regional khokim, Sh. Abdurakhmonov.

Additionally, the rector of the institute, M. Madazimov, also spoke, congratulating the students and their parents on the 34th anniversary of our country’s independence and today’s joyful occasion, “Knowledge Day.”
• Dear youth, welcome to our institute! I wish you all success and victories in your future studies and endeavors, – said the rector.

Following this, Rayyona Mamatova, who was admitted to study on a state grant with the highest score of 189 points, shared her excitement and spoke about the support of her teachers and her tireless efforts in her pursuit of knowledge. She also shared her future dreams and goals.

The first vice-rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual-Educational Work, S. Salohiddinov, provided information about the institute’s structure and internal rules.
At the end of the event, festive songs and dances filled the air in celebration.

After the “Dedication to Student Life” event, “Future Hour” classes were held. In these classes, rector M. Madazimov delivered a lecture on the medical field, discussing the achievements currently being made in this area, encouraging students to continually strive for improvement, and outlining the conditions being created at the university for their development.

Subsequently, all students were divided into groups to familiarize themselves closely with the institute.
It is worth noting that throughout the week, there will be an “Introduction to the Credit Education System” week for first-year students. During this time, students will learn about the credit education system from their teachers while getting to know the institute better.
