Today, on October 15th, a cultural and educational event titled “Dedication to Students” took place at the “Universal” sports complex for first-year students admitted to Andijan State Medical Institute for the 2024/2025 academic year.
Before the event began, the State Anthem of the Republic of Uzbekistan was played. Following this, the rector of the Institute, M. Madazimov, addressed the students, expressing many good wishes to those who were admitted this academic year.
“Dear students, my precious sons and daughters! Today, you have joined our ranks through your knowledge and determination, striving for a clear goal among thousands of young people. I sincerely congratulate you on this achievement. Welcome to our large family! Together with the professors and teachers of our Institute, we’ll always support you in achieving your dreams and becoming qualified specialists. Do not ever stop on this path! Create clear plans and boldly step towards them! Indeed, all opportunities are created for you young people in our country to grow and develop,” said the rector.
Afterwards, a ceremony was held to present evaluation notebooks and symbolic keys to our students who scored the highest marks in the entrance exams for the current academic year. Congratulations were expressed by the Institute’s professors, parents, and students.
During this traditional event held annually, as students took their oaths, they dedicated their entire activities to our homeland and its great future, committing themselves to work diligently on the path of national development and to become highly qualified specialists. They vowed not to forget their parental duties and to dedicate all their knowledge to fulfilling them as well as to regularly acquire practical knowledge and skills in their chosen specialties.
Throughout the event, songs performed by singers from Andijan regional branch of the Uzbekistan State Philharmonic contributed to a lively atmosphere and uplifted everyone’s spirits.
At this moment we wish all students to remain true to their oaths, hold high the reputation of our homeland and become worthy young generation of a bright and prosperous future.
