Today, on the occasion of October 21 – the Uzbek language holiday and the 34th anniversary of the granting of the status of the state language to the Uzbek language, a spiritual and educational event called “Mirror of the Language” has been held in Andijan State Medical Institute.
M. Madazimov, rector of the Institute opened the event with an introductionspeech describing the increasing popularity of the Uzbek language on a global scale, its attractiveness and congratulated everyone on the occasion of this holiday. He recognized the achievements of the teachers of the Uzbek language who have attained scientific degrees working in the institute.
After that, the students who won the contests organized as part of the holiday were awarded diplomas and souvenirs. Thankful letters were sent to parents of active students.
In the artistic part of the event, poems and descriptions praising the beauty and richness of the Uzbek language were performed by talented students. Foreign students took an active part in this event and presented songs, poems and congratulations in Uzbek language.
Cheerful songs sung by young artists invited all the participants of the event to dance. The festive event was held in a cheerful spirit.
