In order to ensure the implementation of the Decree of President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 5040 dated March 26, 2021 “On measures to radically improve the system of spiritual and educational affairs”, as well as to further intensify spiritual and educational work in higher educational institutions and increase the potential of personnel in this direction 12- On October 13 this year, a training seminar for tutors of higher educational institutions is being held at Namangan State University.
It is attended by the head of the department of work with youth, spirituality and education of the Andijan State Medical Institute A. Abdukhalimov and tutors.
The seminar discusses such topics as: the introduction of tutoring activities, the organization of tutoring activities at the university: the purpose, tasks, responsibilities of tutoring activities, modern mechanisms for working with students’ requests, the legal framework for motivating students, lectures on topics such as “Time- management” of the tutor: directions of activity for purposeful problem solving.
