On August 5 of this year, an international summer school in the field of emergency medical care began its work at Andijan State Medical Institute in order to internationalize medical education, develop intercultural relations among students of the medical faculty, exchange knowledge and experience in the field of international health care, and popularize it.
13 students from the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, Tatarstan, Pakistan, as well as Samarkand and Bukhara regions of our republic were solemnly welcomed to the IV international summer school “Pearl of Valley”. They were welcomed by the deans of faculties and school officials under the leadership of K. Salohiddinov, vice-rector for scientific affairs and innovations of the institute. Initially, a plan of work to be carried out for a week was defined.
Practical training was started from the first day. During it, participants were tested to provide emergency medical aid to victims of various accidents. Processes were evaluated by the trainers and explanatory work was carried out regarding the shortcomings.
