
Today, on March 28, a meeting was held in Andijan State Medical Institute to prevent crime and disorders among the youth.
It was attended by the First Deputy Head of the Regional Department of Internal Affairs Farrukh Giyasov, law experts and the first vice-rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual and Educational Issues of Andijan State Medical Institute S. Salohiddinov.
This meeting, being held in accordance with the joint resolution of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovations, included an conversation with students. In accordance with the resolution, the First Deputy Head of the Regional Department of Internal Affairs F. Giyasov was assigned to Andijan State Medical Institute to prevent crime and breaking the laws among the youth.
During the conversation, students were provided with information on such subjects as meaningful organization of free time, rational use of the opportunities created by our President, not being influenced by unconfirmed information on the Internet and social networks and staying away from extremism, terrorism and other forms of organized crime.
After the event at the Institute, an outreach meeting was held with students from socially disadvantaged families.
