Based on the Address of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.Mirziyoyev to the Chambers of Oliy Majlis on January 24, 2020, at the initiative of the khakim of Andijan region Sh.Q.Abdurahmanov as part of the project «Youth Decade in Andijan», at the initiative of acting khakim of Ulugnor district Sapiokhunov Sh.O., on January 31, 2020 a comprehensive medical check-up was conducted at the 38th RMU located in Chulabad MCG, Ulugnor district, Andijan region by leading professors and teachers of Andijan State Medical Institute.
The event was attended by 22 staff of ASMI, consisting of 14 specialties. The working group provided consultations and assistance to 641 residents of the district and 284 in-depth medical examinations.
Twelve people who had to be diagnosed with the diseases were given referrals to the Regional Hospitals and 7 were given referrals for treatment at the district hospital. In addition, 102 USEs, 91 ECG examinations were conducted and specialist consultations were provided. During the visit, 3 citizens with disabilities were provided with home health care services.
During this event a seminar was held on increasing the medical culture of the population as well as on issues raised in the Decree No.4063 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, prevention of non-communicable diseases and brochures on prevention of diseases were distributed.
