On the territory of the Military Department every day at 8 o’clock an event is held to raise the national flag to the sounds of the anthem of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the participation of professors, teachers and cadets.
every Monday and Friday professors and teachers of the institute take an active part in the flag raising ceremony to the sounds of the anthem of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the territory of Andijan State Medical Institute.
After the completion of the ritual, students of the Military Department and students of the institute perform in a solemn march.
On December 15, 2018, competitions were organized among the students of groups 508 and 509 in the 100 and 3000 meters race, pulling up on the horizontal bar.
The students who took 1-3 places were given memorable gifts.
On December 14-21, 2018, students of the Military Department together with an employee of the military prosecutor’s office of Andijan visited the Military Unit to participate in the “Open Day” event.
The cadets got acquainted with the living conditions of the soldiers.
In addition, they also familiarized with military equipment.
On December 18, 2018, on the basis of the approved plan, members of the Department of Social Sciences of the Academic Lyceum of ASMI, together with the staff of the military prosecutor’s office, held a spiritual and educational event on the theme “The homeland is sacred and its defense is our duty”.
The event was attended by the employee of the military prosecutor’s office and professorial-teaching staff of the institute. The event was opened by the director of the lyceum and introduced the guests. Then the head of the Military Department, lieutenant colonel of the medical service Nasriddinov made a speech. In his speech, he spoke about the policy pursued by the President, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the development strategy of the Republic and the focus of the President’s attention to the Armed Forces of the country.
Summing up, he noted that in confirmation of this the “Month of Patriotism” is held from December 15, 2018 to January 15, 2019. Then the responsible person for the educational work of the Military Department, the serviceman of the Armed Forces A.Soliyev made a speech. He told the students of the Lyceum about the National Army of Uzbekistan, its history of development. The event made a great impression on the students of the lyceum. Participants got answers to their questions.
On December 21, 2018 the students of groups 508-509 of ASMI visited the Museum of History and Culture of Andijan Region.
