Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Ministry of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republican scientific-practical video conference of young scientists “Actual problems of medicine” dedicated to the “Year of Science, Enlightenment and Digital Economy” in cooperation with Andijan State Medical Institute was opened by the pro-rector on Scientific Affairs and Innovation G.M.Khodjimatov.
In addition, the congratulatory speech of the rector of the institute, Professor M.M.Madazimov, who could not participate in the video conference due to the responsibility for the quarantine zone due to the pandemic “COVID-19” was read.
In addition the lectures of young scientists were heard. The participants of the video conference were held in Uzbek, Russian and English.
The video conference was attended by young scientists from all medical universities of the country. The conference was attended by more than 40 lectures and more than 700 theses in the field of internal diseases, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology and pediatrics, medical and biological sciences. All theses were published in the form of a collection and an electronic collection.
The relevance of the reports, goals and objectives, methods used, results obtained, discussion, conclusions were evaluated by a special committee. The winners were awarded with diplomas of I, II and III degrees
The winners of 3 nominations: “The youngest scientist”, “The best scientific idea”, “The best creative approach” were also announced during the video conference.
The winners were rewarded with cash prizes ranging from 500,000 sums to 1,000,000 sums. It was noted that the incentive funds will be transferred to the plastic cards of the winners through the “CLICK” system. All participants of the videoconference were awarded with certificates.
At the end of the videoconference, the pro-rector on Scientific Affairs and Innovation G.M. Khodjimatov thanked the young scientists for their participation in the videoconference on behalf of the administration of our institute and wished them success in their future profession.
