The Uzbek people always start their holidays with traditions of kindness. On the eve of the New Year, the Acting Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs, Spiritual and Educational Affairs of Andijan State Medical Institute S.Salohiddinov, Chairman of the Women’s Advisory Board G.Kholmatova, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Pediatrics K.Baydullayev and staff of the Department of Spirituality and Enlightenment met with low-income and needy families living in the MCG “Khotanarik”. At the beginning of the meeting, family members were interviewed. It was noted that today the institute has a wide range of cooperation between the institution and the community, as well as free clubs for non-organized youth.
After the interview, the family members were presented with holiday gifts. Grateful for such attention and care, the family members blessed the organizers.
Such charity events continue in other districts as well as in the “Houses of Mercy”.
