Today, on October 25, the next Academic Council meeting was held at Andijan State Medical Institute. At the beginning of the meeting, the rector of the institute M. Madazimov awarded a group of professors and teachers who received academic degrees and were recognized at the regional and national levels, the winners of the regional stage of the chess competition and the student Olympiad held in Bishkek.
After that, the leaders’ reports on the issues included in the agenda of the meeting were heard. It provided information about the work carried out by the Department of International Cooperation, achievements and news. Also, the state of foreign language learning among professors and teachers of the institute was analyzed, and proposals were heard to further improve the existing indicators in this regard.
In addition, the report of scientific research work of professors and teachers of the institute was listened. The officials also presented reports on the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Dissemination of Legal Information and Ensuring its Use” and on the issues of improving the practical training of students.
At the end of the meeting tasks were set to encourage departments that are making progress, to eliminate identified deficiencies.
