– According to the regulation “On the procedure and conditions for remuneration of medical and pharmaceutical workers of state institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan”, approved by the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On approval of an improved system of remuneration of medical workers”, an additional payment to the tariff rate by 15 percent for employees of institutions, hazardous to health and difficult working conditions, – says the acting head of the department of justice of the Bulakbashi region E. Juliev. “However, some medical associations did not pay the copayment on time.
The appeal of the workers of the medical association on this matter was considered by the specialists of the Department of Justice, the problem was solved.
It was revealed that additional payments were not paid to six employees of the medical association. The district department of justice filed a claim with the Khojabad interdistrict civil court to collect additional payments to medical workers in the prescribed manner. On the basis of the court decision, additional payment will be collected – 15 million 772 thousand soums.
“Thanks to the assistance of the Justice Department, I will be able to receive an unpaid salary supplement in the amount of 2 million 563 thousand 167 soums,” says obstetrician-gynecologist of the medical association Manzurakhon Mamajonova. – I am sincerely grateful to the employees of the Justice Department, who actively serve to ensure the rule of law and protect the rights of citizens.
