We sincerely congratulate you on your 80th birthday!
You have been fighting for the health of the country since the 60s of the last century. First of all, you studied at Andijan State Medical Institute, after successfully completing it, you worked as a doctor in Kuva district hospital of Fergana region. After completing your military service in 1968, you worked as a clinical residence at the clinical hospital of Andijan region. Your desire for knowledge led you to graduate school, and you studied in Moscow, and in 1973 you defended your candidate’s thesis on medicine and worked as a researcher at Tashkent Institute of Advanced Medical Training.
In 1974, you were hired as an assistant at the Department of Facultative Therapy of Andijan State Medical Institute. Later, you served as an associate professor at the Department of Facultative Therapy. Your sincere and honest work has raised you above the service ranks. In 1986, you were appointed to the position of chief physician of the regional clinical hospital. In this position, you were able to show that you are not only a good doctor, but also a leader who can rationally organize current issues in medicine.
You did not spare your kind words and hard work, which is beyond the reach of all doctors, to treat every person who came to you in search of a cure. That’s why you were appointed as the director of Andijan branch of the Republican Emergency Medical Research Center, which was newly established in 2000.
Your position in today’s society is proof that you have worked for a lifetime and lived in pursuit of innovation. Your achievements in life also prove that you are striving for a goal and that you are a person who serves the people. You worked honestly wherever you were. You received the sincere prayers of the people. You were awarded the title of honored doctor in Uzbekistan. Your hard work, knowledge and kind attitude towards people around you deserve special recognition.
Your way of life is an example for our students!
Today, you are at another stage of life called 80 years. You are respected as an honorable person in the country.
We respect you very much. I wish you long life, good health, goodness, family prosperity and peace. Let your children and grandchildren grow up to be people who follow your example. May you see the dreams of your children for many years.
