SPECIAL ATTENTION TO ENTREPRENEURS AND INVESTORS!
Resolution No. 563 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 9, 2021 “On measures to increase the level of accommodation for students in higher education institutions of the Republic” was adopted. This decision stipulates the construction of student residences by attracting private investments on the basis of public-private partnership.
The private initiative “NURMATOV HIGH-TECH BUILD” LLC submitted an initiative proposal, including the project concept, to Andijan State Medical Institute. In this project it is planned to build and organize the activities of a student accommodation building for 800 places on the territory of Andijan State Medical Institute (0.3 hectares).
Selection of a private partner for the project occurs in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Public-Private Partnership” and the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 259 dated April 26, 2020 “On improving the procedure for the implementation of public-private partnership projects will be implemented according to the requirements of the decision.

In accordance with Article 17 of the Law “On Public-Private Partnership”, in case of receipt of requests for expression of interest and tenders (proposals), the public partner shall conduct a tender to identify a private partner with the participation of the private initiator of the project and the third parties interested.
