Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education announces the “Biz sevgan adib” video competition.
The competition will be held in 2 stages.
Stage 1: at the institute level
Stage 2: among all winners of universities in the republic.
Requirements for videos:
– obligatory theme “Biz sevgan adib”;
– short fiction or documentary;
– duration from 2 to 3 minutes;
– in MPEG-4 format;
– volume up to 40 MB.
Criteria for evaluating videos:
– full disclosure of this topic in the video;
– high-quality video editing;
– disclosure of the author’s facets;
– the expressiveness of the creative features of the authors when creating a video, compliance with plagiarism requirements;
The winners will receive valuable prizes and monetary awards:
1st place: 2 million sum;
2nd place: 1.5 million sum;
3rd place: 1 million sum;
