Tashkent State Institute of Dentistry hosted the republican competition of students “MegaMaster”. It was attended by 14 students of Tashkent State Institute of Dentistry, Andijan State Medical Institute, Bukhara State Medical Institute, Samarkand State Medical Institute and Karakalpak Medical Institute. Sherkhon Dadakhanov, the 4th year student of the Dental Faculty took part in it on behalf of our institute.
The competition was held in 3 stages, in the first stage the participants filled in the medical card of the dental patient based on the identified diseases. The second stage was theoretical, in which participants solved situational problems electronically in the TDSI simulation center. The third stage was practically held in the phantom halls of the Department of Therapeutic Dentistry. At this stage, students performed tooth restoration on phantoms.
The head of the Department of Hospital and Clinical Dentistry of ASMI R. Raimjanov participated in the competition as an expert and the senior lecturer of the department B. Usmanov as an observer.
Fortunately , at the end of all stages, the student of ASMI Sh. Dadakhanov was named the “Absolute Champion” of the competition.
