At the Department of Pediatric Surgery of Andijan State Medical Institute, the Head of the Department of Pediatric Surgery of Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute, Professor Mahmud Aliev delivered lectures on “Congenital anomalies of the lungs” and “Atresia of the bile ducts”, conducted a master class and surgical operation on “Modern approaches to the diagnosis and treatment of portal hypertension and biliary atresia”. It was attended by staff of the Department of Pediatric Surgery of Andijan State Medical Institute, the students of 5-6 courses of the Faculty of Pediatrics and surgeons of the Regional Children’s Multidisciplinary Medical Center.
