International cooperation at the Andijan State Medical Institute is expanding year by year.
Even more gratifying is the fact that during the coronavirus pandemic, which lasted for almost 70 days, this activity did not decrease, but increased.
The Department of Therapy, Cardiology and Emergency Medical Care of the Faculty of Advanced Training and Retraining of Physicians of the Institute has been working effectively in this area for several years and has a leading position in certain international areas.
On September 4, an online webinar was held with the participation of professors from Samarkand Medical Institute, Andijan State Medical Institute and Bukovin State Medical University of Ukraine.
It provided an overview of international clinical recommendations based on the latest scientific advances, and showed ways to apply them to the teaching process, research, and treatment practice. Almost unknown data on arterial hypertension and pulmonary artery thromboembolism were provided by the speakers (Polyanskaya O.S.(Ukraine); Mamasaliev N.S.(Uzbekistan); Mavlyanova Z.F. (Uzbekistan)) and recommended for practice. It was agreed to continue cooperation.
